Chad Bishoff found his calling early and by age of 15 he had already been hired by his first client to shoot video. By 19, he attracted his first investor for a small magazine company startup. By 20, he had worked on his first feature film, "About Schmidt" in the casting department. By 24, he had founded a marketing company that would become his financial lifeline and began writing his first book Surviving Puberty at age 28.
However, despite being self-employed, having solid growing profit margins and over 15 years in the entertainment and commercial industry Chad woke up, hung over, and about bankrupt the day after he turned 30.
This did not keep him down. Within 3 years he had re-branded and grew his own video production company, released his first book, help create a retail start up in the all natural pet food & grooming industry and has seen his companies grow to far exceed anything created in his 20's.
"It was not very easy. In fact, it has been outright mentally exhausting. But, you just keep moving forward no matter what it takes. I'm just lucky I always knew how to take time to self-reflect. Only in isolation can we truly be honest with ourselves." -Chad Bishoff
Now married and using the knowledge he gained from his experience through Surviving Puberty, Chad speaks about the importance of taking time to focus inward, cutting away from the noise of social media and the differences between the real you and your social persona.
After years of rubbing elbows with Hollywood, telling stories for a living and creating and managing various successful business startups, all while keeping to his core value: "I'm a raw open book. If I'm sad, I'll tell you. People need to know that it is ok to tell the truth and that we all experience moments of joy, sadness, love, heartbreak... even long past the start of puberty."
His experience and insight is energetic, humbling and motivating.
